What is Bio-Remodeling Skin Treatment?

Bio-remodeling skin treatment is a type of injectable dermal filler that is used to treat skin laxity, which occurs when the skin loses its elasticity and firmness due to aging or other factors. It is made up of a high concentration of hyaluronic acid, a naturally occurring substance in the body that helps to hydrate and plump the skin.

This injection contains one of the highest concentrations of Hyaluronic Acid in the market – 64 mg in 2 ml. There are two types of hyaluronic acid used in this treatment: high molecular weight hyaluronic acid and low molecular weight hyaluronic acid.

This treatment helps to improves the texture and quality of the skin by boosting skin hydration levels. It also addresses skin laxity by stimulating the regeneration of collagen, elastin, and adipocytes that are lost through aging.

    • Delivering a high concentration of HA under the skin for slow-release hydration
    • Bio-remodeling the skin through the stimulation of collagen and elastin production

How Does Bio-Remodeling Skin Work?

Principle of Moisturizing

The bio-remodeling action of this treatment can be attributed to the combined functioning of 2 types of Hyaluronic Acid. The slow-release mechanism of this hybrid of HA stimulates the production of elastin and 4 types of collagen.

LAHA 1

Low-molecular-weight HA (L-HA)

HYDRATION ACTION

Hybrid complex L-HA attracts water to hydrate the skin. Moisture is released slowly into the skin.

High-molecular weight HA (H-HA)

LIFTING ACTION

H-HA provides a stable structure in the dermis for a volumizing and lifting effect on the skin.

Once fully integrated into the skin, the HA complex stimulates the production of elastin and 4 types of collagen (type I, III, IV, and VII). This increases the skin’s elasticity, moisture, and volume, creating a lifting effect.

Bio-Remodeling Skin Treatment Technique

BAP

Bio-remodeling skin treatment is perform using the Bio Aesthetic Point (BAP) technique for the lower face and neck area. The 5 BAPs are selected as injection points because these areas of the face contain no large blood vessels or nerve branches. This promotes optimal diffusion of the hybrid HA complex while minimizing the risk of bruising and complications. Each BAP is injected with 0.2ml of HA (a total of 10 injection points, with 5 on each side of the face). The procedure is quick, with minimal discomfort. The recovery time is also minimized, which makes it convenient in today’s busy life.

After the topical anesthetic has been applied to numb the treatment area, HA is injected using a very fine needle. One syringe of HA is administered to 5 points on each side of the face.

Results can be visible 4 weeks after the first treatment. Optimal results can be noticed 4 weeks after the second treatment.

For the best results, 2 treatments are recommended, 4 weeks apart. For maintenance, treatments can be repeated every 6-9 months.

Bio-remodeling skin and dermal fillers are both cosmetic treatments that involve injecting hyaluronic acid into the skin. However, there are some key differences between the two treatments:

Purpose

The purpose of Bio-remodeling skin treatment treatment is to improve overall skin quality and hydration, while dermal fillers are typically used to add volume to specific areas of the face, such as the cheeks, lips, or under-eye area.

Texture

The product used in Bio-remodeling skin treatment has a very different texture compared to dermal fillers. This product is a very thin and runny liquid that spreads easily throughout the skin, while fillers are thicker and more gel-like, formulated to add volume to specific areas of the face.

Injection technique

Bio-remodeling skin treatment procedure is a five points injection on each side of the face, while dermal fillers are typically injected in a specific area that requires volume enhancement.
